Return and refund policy

3-day return window

A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the delivery. Requests after that are not accepted.

Unboxing video required

A clear, uncut unboxing video showing the shipping label and the opening of the package is required for any return claim.

What can be returned

• The product arrived physically damaged.
• Parts or accessories are missing (verified by the unboxing video).
• The wrong product was delivered.

Not returnable

• Products damaged by misuse, mishandling or improper installation.
• Components burnt by over-voltage or wrong connections.
• Soldered or modified components.
• Items without the original packaging.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, an approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
