Common questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 working days and delivered in 3 to 5 days after that, depending on the pincode. Tracking arrives by email and WhatsApp and is shown under My orders.

Is delivery free?

Yes on every project kit and on any order of ₹1,000 or more. For other orders the live courier charge for your pincode is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

What is in a project kit?

The components, the source code, the circuit diagram and a step-by-step build guide. Support by email and WhatsApp if a step does not work.

Can I return a part?

Damaged, missing or wrong items can be reported within 3 days of delivery, with an unboxing video, for a replacement or refund. Refunds reach the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days.

Which payment methods work?

Payments go through Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Every order earns reward points.

Does DoItBudiy have a shop I can visit?
