Orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 working days and delivered by courier across India in 3 to 5 days. Delivery is free on every project kit and on orders of ₹1,000 or more; for other orders the courier charge for your pincode is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Yes on every project kit and on any order of ₹1,000 or more. For other orders the live courier charge for your pincode is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
What is in a project kit?
The components, the source code, the circuit diagram and a step-by-step build guide. Support by email and WhatsApp if a step does not work.
Can I return a part?
Damaged, missing or wrong items can be reported within 3 days of delivery, with an unboxing video, for a replacement or refund. Refunds reach the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days.
Which payment methods work?
Payments go through Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Every order earns reward points.
